ACMS was founded in 1975 by Albert Sodolak in a 2,100 sq. ft. farm implement barn. Prior to starting the company, Mr. Sodolak had 20 years of machining experience, 17 of which were with Cameron Iron Works learning in their illustrious tool and die apprentice program. ACMS was a manual shop for the first 15 years providing quality precision parts for the energy industry. After surviving the industry downturn in the early 80’s, ACMS purchased its first CNC in 1990. With his son, Brian, joining him in 1990, the company continued to grow and expand to the 22,000 sq. ft. facility they reside in today. With the combination of old school “know how” and today’s technology backed by an ISO Certified quality department, ACMS parts are often “Dock-to-Stock.”
